A target driven, forward thinking and proactive recruiter with 12 years of recruitment experience - 5 years recruiting for the US Coast Guard and the last 7 years supporting the Renewable & Sustainability industry, Tech Manufacturing, and the Maritime Sector. As a headhunter and corporate recruiter, I've succeeded in both a 360 recruitment environment and in Recruiter/Sourcer partnerships for permanent / direct hires. Over the last 2.5 years, my focus has been building out Development Engineering teams for Tesla's Global Automation Controls Battery Cell Manufacturing division. I take a consultative approach with all positions I support, while building sound relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
