Organized the Neuroscience Critical Care Unit to facilitate optimal care and fast treatment for the providers and nursing staff. In addition, I helped patients with ADLs, basic care, and restocking, as well as nurses and providers with bedside procedures. I worked with other units and staff throughout the hospital on transitions of care and timing for pertinent scans, with changes in patient condition. Provided experienced 1:1 care for patients requiring continuous observation. Followed PPE protocol for disease transmission prevention.
