  • Direct and manage station wide cross-discipline activities in the operation of Salem Generating Station's dual 1220 MWe nuclear power plants to ensure minimal risk, maximize power plant and worker efficiency, drive daily schedule adherence, and provide safe sustainable electricity to more than 2.2 Million Customers
  • Senior on-shift license holder with final station-wide authority of all power plant activities for all departments at the power station including electrical, mechanical, and I&C maintenance, chemistry, work management, security and engineering.
  • Coach and mentor department managers, superintendents, supervisors and technicians in power plant operations and maintenance to ensure continuous improvement goals are achieved and stakeholder commitments are assured.
  • As the Operations Outage lead representative, (2020-2023) led the station through 3 breaker-to-breaker operating cycles for the first time in its nearly 50 year history.
  • Responsible for selection of outage scope, risk management, the lock-out tag-out program, key performance indicators and daily outage execution.
