Here at The Used Car Factory, I land customers on the right vehicle for them, through trial closing and fitting their budget i work to make sure they are happy with their purchase!

• In this role, I was in charge of managing social media for two accounts for one company, Morris Brothers Motorsports for shop content, new customer cars in for service, fun skits, etc. As well as Morris Brothers Collectibles, this was the sales side of things where I earned commission per sale of the cars sold as well as managed the social media. I was posting on each page through Instagram, facebook, and tik tok every day during the week. Saw a substantial growth on all platforms and tracked viewers who turned into customers. Was also in charge of brand awareness, taking cars to events and letting people know who we are and what we had to offer (Sales & Service)

• I'm in charge of doing all of the miscellaneous tasks around the shop, we specialize in PPF and Vinyl wrapping cars so my duties consist of prepping the incoming cars, Social media help, removing film, bringing wheels (etc) to powder coat, installing modifications (bodykits, underglow, etc), and making sure the customers cars are clean and ready for pickup.

• Social Media Management, Shop Help, Customer service, delivering and prepping cars.

• In charge of contacting leads and setting up appointments. Using Mastermind for Dealers we check in on customers that may have leases ending and or customers that it may benefit to get into a new car. We also take walk-ins and customers that have inquires about our used vehicles.

• In charge of greeting customers, directing them to their advisors, pulling up cars from the back lot into the service drive. Delivering vehicles that have been completed back to the customer. Giving out and collecting loaner vehicles, and small services.

• Valet, Greeting Customers, Small services (Tire pressure, Coolant, Oil)

• I was a cashier throughout Highschool, helped tremendously with people skills.

• Sales Associate just helping folding all the clothing/organizing incoming new clothes. And helping cashier and with people in the store

• I've on and off worked here but I was helping with food prep as well as cleaning and getting everything organized
