Private Equity:  Principal in acquisition of corporate filing company in 2024 with annual sales of $1.MM, rebranded vState Filings.  Principal in formation of sDots Connect, LLC, a marketing platform for the corporate needs of new companies.

Real Estate:  Developing and financing of "Glass House Boca Raton", a new condominium project in Boca Raton, FL.  Developed, financed, built and manage Marriott Aloft Fort Lauderdale in December 2023.  Sourced and completed $50M in hotel refinancings for three portfolio hotels in November 2022.

Public Venture:  Adviser to former client, a $3.4B alternative investment group that manages diverse set of investment vehicles focused on emerging markets worldwide using proprietary structures in 72 countries since 1996.

Private Equity. Identified, analyzed opportunities in business services industry by focusing on scalable commoditized businesses. Principal in acquisition of Vcorp Services, LLC, corporate filing services company, in 2008 with annual sales of $1M, helped build sales to $13M, resulting in $25M sale to AEX company Oct 2016.  Principal in acquisition of Vcheck Global, LLC, background check services company in 2013 with annual sales of $100K, helped build sales to $36M, resulting in $91M sale to PE firm Nov 2021.

Real Estate. Studied, researched opportunities in hospitality sector. Principal in development and financing of Marriott hotels in extended stay sector, successfully opened 2016, 2019, and 2023. Sourced and structured equity and debt financings for two Hilton hotels and two Marriott hotels in select service and extended stay sectors.

Public Venture. Analyze, diligence public venture opportunity. EKSO Bionics Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ). $30M equity financing as part of going public transaction, Jan 2014. Gottbetter & Partners, LLP, counsel to deal sponsor; Gottbetter Capital Markets, LLC co-lead placement agent; Gottbetter Capital Group invested as principal. Acted as lead negotiator; sourced, managed third party professionals, vendors to complete transaction.
