I was responsible for making sure jobs get completed correctly and on time. I overseen the guys on my crew to make sure they were doing everything up to our expectations and good quality. I trained guys. I was responsible for getting the materials for the jobs and solving any issue that were to arise while on the job. The last 2 years I was a superintendent and did sales. I was responsible for ordering all the materials for jobs as well as go and check out different jobs being done by different crews to check on quality and efficiency and to make sure everything was running smoothly. I was responsible for scheduling and collecting payroll from all the crews. I took care of any issues on jobs and am good at problem solving. I worked with customers answering questions and keeping them updated on everything. I also was responsible for pulling permits

I was responsible for overseeing jobs and making sure things were being done correctly and on time. My crew did residential & commercial shingles,TPO, and metal roofs. I was responsible for picking up materials and getting the jobs completed as well as keeping up with the crews hours and payroll.
