• Teach Resource classes and inclusion at the elementary school. Supervise Para educators in resource/inclusion to make sure students were being met. Keep up with all inclusion minutes for each student and make sure that they are being successful in the classroom and that all classwork is completed.
• Plan lesson plans for kindergarten through 5th grade students and oversee the classroom.
• Responsible for the safety and direction of all students in the classroom while at school
• Perform all IEP paperwork and attend all meetings and ARDS related to Special Education.

• Perform Chaplain Duties. Provide emergency services for patients and people in the community. Assist EMS with medical calls and perform CPR or any other emergency services as needed. Perform emergency duties for vehicle accidents and fires. Keep all firetrucks and emergency vehicles in good working condition. Perform training and testing to keep my certifications current. Perform maneuvers to put out fires.

• Para in a life skills class. Work with all students one on one and help with students care and with lessons. Assist the teacher with day to day functions of students.

• Oversee day to day operations including budget, bids, and billing. Meet with homeowners to go over bids and approve completed jobs to their liking. Assign contractors work orders to complete jobs. Partner with alcohol/drug rehab patients to give work and help them develop a skill. Handle all advertising and marketing for the company. Order all material and make sure it gets delivered to the jobsites for contractors. Oversee as many as 20 jobs at a time until completion.

• Teach 2 different sections of classes. Supervise students in the work program. Meet with their Managers to oversee their progress at their jobs. Plan and coordinate all student curriculum in 4 Classes. Oversee 3 para educators in the SEBBS class. Oversee all inclusion time for SEBBS students. Perform all paperwork and other items needed to lead ARD meetings for my case load students.

• Teach a class of 9 students. Supervise 2 Para educators in a life skills class. Keep up with all inclusion minutes for each student and make sure that they have sufficient staff with them in the classroom.

• Teach 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders in reading and math. Attend Ard meetings. Update IEPs and submit grades. Keep track of all progress of each student to make sure they are being successful.

• Oversee the entire student ministry of 200 plus students as well as a staff of about 75 people. Plan, write, and lead all Curriculum and teaching plans for teaching 7-12 grades and small groups. Oversee and direct all student ministry pastors as well as volunteers. Plan and coordinate all youth trips, events, and fundraisers both domestic and international. Plan and keep budget for the student ministry. Oversee every aspect of the Student ministry so that it runs smoothly and every student and Leader is safe. Build a teaching team that is responsible for teaching all students in our area and make sure that they are prepared each week with the proper curriculum and plans.

• Plan and lead all Curriculums for teaching 6-12 grades and small groups. Oversee and direct all church volunteers and staff. Write and lead out in all student curriculum and teaching. Plan and coordinate all youth trips, events, and fundraisers. Plan and keep budget for the student ministry and recreation ministry. Design and build youth and church websites. Plan and install a projector, screen, and sound system in all student areas and gym. Plan and coordinate numerous events; Golf Tournaments, fundraisers, concerts, and league athletic games. Oversee every aspect of the Student ministry so that it runs smoothly and every student is safe. Invest in college and career students and oversee the safety and involvement of them.

• Supervise a staff of 7 employees (including 3 nurses) in a life skills class
• Plan lesson plans for kindergarten through 5th grade students and oversee the classroom

• Lead all students in Worship and Bible Study. Plan and lead all Curriculums for teaching 7-12 grades bible studies as well as all of the education for the church from children to adults. Oversee and direct all church volunteers and staff. Establish and lead youth worship teams and drama teams. Plan and coordinate all youth trips, events, and fundraisers. Plan and keep budget for the student ministry. Design and build youth and church websites. Oversee every aspect of the church ministry to make sure it was effective in the community.

• Established and led a praise band of 6th grade students that led worship for the children ministries. Plan and coordinate all children activities including children’s church. Established and led 6th grade bible study. Assist in the transition for 6th grade students into the youth group.

• (2000-2001) Assist in teaching Physical Education for Tubbs elementary students. (2001-2004) Assist in teaching Special Education to Lubbock High School students. Responsible for the safety of special needs students while at school and out on daily field trips. Assist with high school sports and game management of all Lubbock High school athletic events. (2012) Substitute teacher for all schools then became a teaching assistant for a special Education behavioral unit. Work in a special Education Classroom assisting the teacher with special needs students daily. Provide one on one care as needed for students being mainstreamed in other classes. Properly restrain students when they would get violent and put themselves and others in risk of harm’s way. Teach lesson plans to special needs students based off their IEP.

• Teach a preschool class during the school year and provide communication to all parents about their students’ progress. Assist in any activities that were going on at the day care. Teach at a sports day camp during the summer with children age 4 years old through age 13 years old.
