Adam Hendrickson

New York

Summary

While still a Soloist with New York City Ballet, I began my journey into teaching. Significantly inspired by my time as a student of Stanley Williams and Richard Rapp, I have spent years developing my teaching style which leans heavily towards precise technique, clarity of musicality and encouragement to move beyond your own comfort.

My teaching has taken me around the country and overseas, where I love to share my training in the Balanchine technique with students of all ages and disciplines. I encourage my students to both learn from the past, embrace the present and push themselves everyday in anticipation of their future.
