- Started in assembly line 2 Bay 5
- Started the day by checking current unit in bay and checking part numbers to match unit
- Bay 5 read blue prints to know which doors to install
- Check unit numbers to insure unit will receive proper safety decals
- Install in door wiring diagrams while double checking unit wires that have been installed
- Check full unit to insure all imperfections can be repaired before sent to be shipped
- Bay 1
- Started the day by double checking unit in bay and matching part number to blue prints on frame
- Read blue prints and check in computer system to insure proper framing and panels will be pulled
- Pull carts to matching blue print series number
- Build DOAS unit frames
- Using caulking to and screws to insure unit is properly sealed
- Install floor panels
- Put up walls to DOAS ac unit after floor has been built
- Insure proper internal framings and wall parts are accounted for
- Began internal build by hand bending prep cut metal to from needed pieces
- Install unit fan motors using bridge cranes
- Check motors for defects
- Run wiring threw out system finishing off units on bay 1
- Started in Shipping
- Learned how to ship items and units
- Moved and loaded units on flat bed trucks using duel bridge cranes
- Pack small to large items to ship out on pallets or boxes
- Use fork lift to load pallets on flat beds and trucks as needed
- Aid in receiving unloading trucks and sheet metals
- Pull parts using computer system to pick proper parts needed
- Bring parts to lines using fork truck

- Use crane to move metal coils to load on metal rolling framer maker
