Handling customer facing interactions and performing tasks using the Horizon FIS computer system in order to make correct changes to accounts along with understanding what exactly can and can not be changed or approved for customers based on bank policy, best practices, and legality.
Managed several employees, handled scheduling, shift preferences, coordination around personal life needs, and consistently updating the Cafe owner on every change made to procedure in order to increase efficiency, convenience, and cleanliness. Also worked shifts every morning starting at 6 a.m. in order to handle any sort of unexpected issue that may arise with either machine failure, reader/network issues, or shipments being delayed or all together not delivered.
Performed all tasks within the bakery along with additional tasks of installing, calibrating, and repairing/maintaining heavy equipment added to the facility during my time there. The equipment serviced included a large scale Diedrich coffee roaster, an array of gas fire mixers, pneumatic jarring and labeling machines for jams and jellies, and maintenance of heavy equipment used for moving pallets of building supplies for constructing additions, and raw ingredients that needed to be ordered in extreme bulk do to remoteness of the location.
