Project planning and coordination:

Review architectural drawings and specifications, organize and project submittals, develop project schedules, and coordinate with architects, general contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.

Budgeting and cost control:

Estimate costs for materials, labor, and fabrication, track expenses throughout the project, and work to keep projects under budget.

Procurement and fabrication oversight:

Handle ordering glass, aluminum framing, and related materials, coordinate with fabrication to ensure everything is produced per specs and on time.

Site management and installation:

Oversee installation crews, ensure safety standards are followed, and verify glazing systems are installed correctly and efficiently.

Quality control and compliance:

Verify that the work meets building codes, performance standards, and the design requirements.

Assisted construction superintendent in ground to finish commercial construction projects in the following tasks.

Coordination and scheduling of sub-contractors of all fields.

Reviewing all construction drawings to oversee sub-contractors perform their work as designed.

Supervision of work being performed safely, assuring all regulations and safety protocols are being followed.

Project walk-thrus with owners to review work progress and address any questions or concerns with the projects.

Schedule building code inspections.

Inspect construction progress and creating punch-list items for a quality final product.
Installation and construction of work not performed by sub-contractors, i.e. finish carpentry, demolition, and installation of misc. fixtures/hardware.

Performed General Clean-up and Maintenance as a contractor in a chemical plant

Help organize, maintain, and distribute PPE, Tools, and Hardware for all construction crews.

Assisted in repairing and servicing tools.
