Stored and moved pallets of boxed cheese.

Placed newly-sealed cheese blocks into boxes for stacking. The two other positions that I was in charge of were Transported steel racks to and from the brine water basin. of cheese to and from brine water basin and placed cheese into plastic slots for vacuum-sealing before packing into varying-sized cardboard boxes.

The position I took over was Order Filling; using a pallet truck, I would move between sectors of the warehouse acquiring various products that were requested via a wireless headpiece. Once all items had been accounted for, the pallet would then be placed in the appropriate docking bay to be moved into trailers.

Working in the Kitchen area of the joint, I would be tasked with cleaning dishware, preparing chicken breading alongside frying it and placing it into heated trays for serving, and occasionally preparing sandwiches and other food items. Once closing time arrives, I was then tasked to stay and perform janitorial duties around the Backline region.

Tasked with taking orders from restaurant patrons and putting them into the system, once completed, I would bring them to the appropriate tables, this included any and all alcoholic beverages and soft drinks that were ordered with food. When other waiters were available, I would be moved to the Kitchen and perform other duties; obtaining ingredients for either food orders or drinks, washing dishware and placing them in the necessary spots, and finishing and closing up shop once closing time is reached.
