• Collaborate with school based social workers and community partners to ensure families and students' educational needs are being met

• Responsible for leading the school’s Restorative Practices initiatives including Community Building Circles
  with students, Repair of Harm Circles and Restorative Practices classroom management systems
• Regularly facilitated staff Community Building Circles in response to current events, community and local

• Member of school’s administrative leadership team, responsible for facilitating weekly grade level meetings, trainings and establishing a culture of equity for all students
• Facilitated bi-weekly Restorative Practices trainings aimed at increasing teachers’ capacity for implementing
