I performed as a straw boss on the pipeline under the labors union. While performing as a Straw boss some duties I did were as listed ; checking off punch list items, getting supplies out of warehouse and prepping trucks for the day, putting together fences, putting out sock bags on the ROW, putting up super silt fencing, along with chain link fencing, running equipment when needed. General Labor duties were performed and i was the boss over my crew.

• Used picks and shovels to dig, spread and level dirt and gravel.
• Operated equipment with strong focus on safety and ground communication.
• Resolved conflicts between laborers in a timely manner.

• Collaborated with team members to complete assigned tasks and meet tight deadlines.

As a floor hand, derrick hand, motor man, fifth man, and occasionally driller, I performed all duties and job titles. Such as running forklift, tearing down and rebuilding rigs, performing all duties while rig is up and running.

• Operated winches and cranes to load supplies onto trucks or barges.
• Safely operated forklift and aerial lift to move machinery around floor.
• Ensured that all tools are stored properly after each shift has ended.
• Tested mud samples for proper density and viscosity levels according to established procedures.
• Participated in company safety meetings to learn different ways to alleviate accidents.
• Responded quickly in emergency situations involving fires, blowouts, spills.
• Inspected drill bits regularly for signs of wear or damage before use.
• Handled various manual operating and maintenance tasks as directed by company's policies and standards.
• Assisted in the operation of the drilling equipment and machinery, including pumps, motors, derricks, and hoists.
• Cleaned and inspected rig and drilling equipment and implemented practices to prevent equipment rust or corrosion.
• Maintained open communication with crane and other equipment operators to smoothly transport loads.

• Inspected equipment before and after use to increase longevity and maximize safety.
