Dynamic Superintendent with extensive experience at Access Limited Construction, specializing in geotechnical projects and rockfall mitigation. Proven ability to enhance team safety and efficiency while executing complex tasks such as soil nail walls and shotcrete applications. Skilled in top hammer and down-the-hole drilling, fostering a professional and respectful work environment.
While I was at rock supremacy I was just a laborer but I wanted to learn the rock fall side of geostabilization, we focused on high wall scaling, pin mesh systems and rock bolting on the sides of cliffs using pallet drills and wagon drills as well as hand drilling with pluggers for strand anchors.
At Gsi wei focused mostly on landslide mitigation usually along roadways repairing slides with soil nail walls requiring differing amounts of shoulder build out and shotcrete and on some projects we had to do GCS walls to put the road back where it originally was.
As a foreman at Gsi they required me to manage the and make sure the project was being completed in a timely manner and made sure everyone was working safely. I also did about half of the paperwork that my superintended had to do so I could help lighten the load on him but also for me to learn the position above me.
I focus on a safe and cohesive working enviornment with a team structured around professionalism and respect
