• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all equipment to include: HVAC systems, refrigeration and freezer systems, hot and cold food prep equipment, fountain drink machines, frozen beverage machines, programmable tea brewing systems, network systems, fueling pumps and stations, ceiling, wall and floor repairs, water systems, plumbing and drain systems, electrical systems, yogurt machines, electric fryers, and specialty cooking equipment, bean2cup equipment, labeling machines, registers, doors and cabinets, shelving, sinks mirrors and faucets, toilets and urinals, camera monitoring systems, internal and external hardware, building, structure and lot repairs, etc.
• Enter and complete work orders into company applications specified by priority, and state all work completed and parts used.
• Coordinate with cooperate office to maintain scheduled duties and escalate projects beyond AST capabilities to approve vendors.
• Order parts from various sources, maintain stock to appropriate levels and sell parts to store upon completion of projects.
• Monitor equipment and train employees on proper use.
• Submit daily and weekly reports, site audits and inspections to management teams for evaluation.
• Work in various environments to include heights, dampness and and inclement weather conditions.
• Support multiple locations and be on-call for emergency situations.
• Maintain daily scheduled trash and debris removal as well as power washing designated areas.
• Exceed company standards in all aspects of work performed and maintain excellent attendance.
• Perform all assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner
• Perform repairs to apartments and complex as needed to maintain, repair or upgrade facilities
• Drywall repairs and replacement

• Remove, repair and replace appliances
• Renovate vacant homes and make necessary repairs to prepare for new tenants
• Work in accordance with company guidelines while following local, state and federal laws
• Perform work orders promptly to provide superior customer service to the tenants
• Coordinate with local office and regional manager to resolve issues
• Collaborate with contractors to maintain deadlines
• Perform daily inventory checks and maintain adequate levels to ensure all necessary parts and equipment are on hand
• Submit parts/ equipment orders for approval
• Work 40 regular scheduled hours as well as being versatile to flex to company needs for overtime
