  • Mac OS Helpdesk support for various MacBook's and Towers.
  • Assisted in new Tegile storage array into production virtual environment. Server break fix, installation and deployment for enterprise VM application environment.
  • Account creation in Active Directory with security Implementation and patch deployment from WSUS for 60 plus servers at location and in remote sites, provided everything from basic set up of users in Active directory to fine tuning group policies to meet PCI audit compliance.
  • Server Audit and patch management for SOC compliance. Administrator of 2008/2012 Domain consisting of 300 users.
  • Managed Aerohive Cloud hosted WAP/WIFI and implementation of SSID security policies.
  • Office 365, Exchange2010 Administration provided set up, security and administration of new and current accounts with in a Hybrid Environment. Responsibilities included creating new users email account, adding contacts. Also included Exchange Database user mailbox maintenance. knowledge using Exchange Management Console.
