I worked as both a counselor for a group and on a bus too. For the 4 years I worked, I had a lot of fun helping children develop various development skills through many games and activities. The majority of the kids I've worked with have been more easier than hard to help out. I've been highly sought out due to strong leadership and excellence that I brought to the table when I'd do the best job I could to keep children healthy and safe while letting them have as much fun as possible. I did the best I could to always be there for the kids and my coworkers to make the environment itself cooperative and functioning as well.
