I've worked at a college campus a hospital and in the village of Sugar Grove where a High school is located. I say that cause I know how to conduct myself around people of all ages and I know how to be a professional in those settings. I think Id be a good fit in the Volusia county school system. I don't know much about roofing or flooring but I can learn if that's part of the job duties that are required. I know quit a bit about HVAC an grounds work an I know the basics when it comes to electric and plumbing.
I want to make it clear I'm not an HVAC Technician. I didn't go to HVAC school and get certified. I'm Halifaxs PM (Preventive Maintenance) person. I replace thermostats actuators filters and belts. I also grease the motors clean coils and adjust temperatures on the computer program we have here at Hailfax. I assist the techs in replacing motors and whatever else they might need a hand with. I'm basically there gopher when it comes to any major HVAC issues but when it comes to PMs and routine maintenance I'm the guy.
Mow weed eat edge trim hedges an limbs. Paint curbs and patch holes in parking lot. Operated the bucket truck when trimming limbs and palm trees. Can also operate a dump bed truck and tractor. Laid sod and mulched and planted flowers. Painted athletic fields replaced signs and sprinkler heads. Also did trash removal on campus twice a week. Did this for 2 years then transferred to the HVAC dept. My duties there were the same as listed above.
