Its just not the same anymore its all about smooth talking and trying to con the customer and spending more money than what they want. Now i know we all want our customers to spend more money while in our business but i feel asking them 5 extra question once they've made they're decision is a little ridiculous. I'd rather take the extra time and get them exactly what they want in the best way possible, they might not spend the extra money right then and there but they will come back guaranteed.

Some of these kids were just dealt a horrible hand and had nobody at all to see them through. A lot of these kids were great kids, and yes some were just bad to be bad but helping them everyday and being the one person they could rely on everyday was truly a great experience.
