• Designed and configured system enhancements to Epic’s radiology information system base product.

Key Accomplishments

• Brought multiple Epic customers live on Epic’s radiology information system product, such as Mayo Clinic, Duke Health and Eskenazi Health.
• Recovered $10 million in missing radiology revenue during Mayo Clinic’s Epic go-live.
• Successfully implemented Epic radiology billing functionality at Mayo Clinic to replace the legacy billing system in a significantly restricted timeframe that was not in the original scope of the project.
