Below are some major projects that I have been a part of and or lead.
  • Took initiative in the company SWAT team. A turnover team where I was required to travel across the US and study why the turnover was so high.
  • Helped in developing new hiring and training process for the in-unit side of the company. To counter act the high turnover. The process was rolled out company wide in 2019.
  • Head of safety committee for the Central Texas region.
  • Head of Buy Out Lease back projects across the US. This required me and a team of 2-4 to travel to a location and assess equipment the company was purchasing. Then set up a Buy Out Lease back and or a transfer of the equipment.
  • Major accomplishments: Exceeded all KPI's and met all deadlines set to date. My Region from San Marcos-Waco has grown from the 7th largest market in the nation to the 3rd largest in the nation. I have done this with minimum turn over and minimum cost. I have found that if you establish a good culture the sky is the limit.
