• Find and engage passive candidates through various open web searches, social media websites, and other recruitment resources to fill open roles across all levels in the Data Science and Data Engineering departments.
• Coach and mentor junior teammates on project work, understanding target profiles, different sourcing methods and techniques, and increasing outreach response rates.
• Interview and onboard new sourcers, introducing them to Shopify, our sourcing team, and our sourcing processes.
• Assisted in the implementation of Gem for all of Shopify by being an SME and introducing best practices and continuing to provide constant updates on the tool.
