I worked ADOS for 2 years in R&R in WV. I really enjoyed working as a recruiters assistant, it allowed me to set the kids in my area up for success. I like being able to give back to my community, and one of the best ways I know is by pitching the guard. The guard has so many opportunity's and ways to get young people on the right track and get ahead of their peers. I actually feel good when I am able to put someone in the guard and watch them develop into a soldier. I still check in on the soldiers I put in and ask if they need anything.
