

Assisted in Development of the PNC Partnership External Sales Process and Internal TSM Process - asked by leadership to assist in developing the PNC Sales Process from beginning to end. This includes creating the lead forms that PNC reps fill out, process once lead is submitted (internal and external), expectations for tracking and follow up, and best practices regarding communications with PNC team and understanding how Neon CRM can fit within the nonprofit's needs.
Member of the Branding and Messaging Committee - In conjunction with other department leaders (marketing, product, pro-services, service delivery) developed messaging around products, services, competitive landscape, and differentiators to better align with consumer needs. This was an effort to unify the messaging across all customer front facing teams.
Assisted in Development of the Neon One Academy Trial User Training/Curriculum Path - with the assistance of Dr. Toni and Jeffery Block we are developing the new Neon CRM Trial User training path to better align with what potential clients are most interested in learning within the Neon CRM Trial accounts. The goal is to create a successful trial experience and to showcase Neon's learning resources.
Tested and Provided Feedback on New TSM Discovery Call Sales Deck and Script - asked by Michelle Robin to provide feedback and suggestions on the new uniformed Neon CRM Discovery Call Sales Deck. The purpose of this project is to unify the messaging around "Generosity" to our potential clients and educate them on the "Generosity Ecosystem" that Neon CRM provides.
Tapped Multiple Times to be a Mentor for BDR's and TSM's - mentored BDR's and TSM's by providing coaching, observing calls/demos, and assisting with sales strategy, internal processes, and product knowledge.
