As Fire Inspector, I conduct field inspections for a variety of occupancies and building types, manage city fire code complaints and maintain the cities Knox box system. I regularly participate in plans reviews for different projects within the city. Also work with different locations on fire drill and emergency preparedness polices for their facilities.
My objective was to locate new business opportunities, grow sales in new and already established accounts throughout the state of Maine as well as take care of customer needs.
As Safety Director I was responsible for maintaining an active safety program. From holding regular safety meetings , to scheduling and conducting employee training's, OSHA record keeping and investigating potential workplace hazards and accidents . And all other functions required to keep a program running , the employees safe and the company in compliance.
As the Warehouse Supervisor I was responsible for keeping an accurate inventory, parts sales , shipping and receiving , fleet maintenance, deliveries and to assist in property maintenance . I was responsible for the companies "Vendor Managed Inventory" program where I traveled to customers to assist them in correcting inventory and supply issues, as well as attempt to increase sales.
I was also a fill in for the accounting department , where I performed basic AP/AR tasks (data entry, check run, calling on past due accounts etc.) Another area I was involved in was our project management department, where I entered job info and descriptions, tracked employees hours and applied them to jobs, as well as billing jobs and parts/materials ordering.
General maintenance of food equipment as well as light property maintenance. Painting , lawn care etc.
Assisted in the repair and installation of locks and lock hardware. Re-keyed locks and made copies of keys.
