I have been a foreman running my own crew since 12/22/25, but was given the title and worked under another foreman for about 1.5 years prior. I have been at Cleary since 10/21/2021 and have really enjoyed learning and developing new/more efficient skills.

I was an assembly line worker. I became a P3 meaning I could fluently work at 6+ locations in the plant. I assisted in building box trucks from the bare chassis up. I helped on the refrigerated line as well as their dry freight line.

I was one of the 2 main techs. I usually did fluid flushes, tires, suspension work, alignments, and brakes. I was able to get ASE certified in suspension and steering while here.
