  • Provide leadership and oversight for Harvard Recreation facility enhancement projects valued at up to $250,000 ensuring alignment with strategic targets, while ensuring compliance with construction plans, specifications, and recreation goals.
  • Provide strategic leadership to 3 full-time professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluation as well as indirectly overseeing 70 part-time Harvard Recreation front desk staff, ensuring we are all in alignment with departmental goals.
  • Cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with university departments such as Student Affairs, Office of Alumni Events, and Harvard Athletics, to enhance university programming and support student wellness.
