• Led staff of six in guiding 85+ young Engineers through major restructuring within GE & Onshore Wind, creating an open & inclusive environment where challenging topics could be discussed.
• Collaborated with seven engineering leaders of different businesses on annual hiring strategy, semiannual rotation priorities, & budget needs.

Hired & developed 32 high-performing new Engineers by providing 20+ seminars, consistent coaching, & project performance feedback, receiving positive comments from them & leaders.

Organized 60+ Engineering seminars annually for 90 new employees, working with instructors to improve delivery of their class based on participant feedback. These seminars introduced new Engineers to topics such as Additive, Finance, Lean, Cyber Security, & more.

Coordinated design for serviceability of five new OEC C-arm products including 10+ maintenance instructions, hundreds of replacement parts availability, & field engineer training.

• · Led critical MRI Corrective & Preventive Actions to address hospital complaints such as a high-power safety feature installed on 500+ field products globally.
• Trained over 150 MRI employees on a new global complaint tool, TrackWise, resulting in a smooth transition.

Completed successfully award-winning GE Corporate Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP) at GE Healthcare, including four six-month engineering rotations & more than 50 corporate education courses resulting in Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Taught and co-taught Russian 101 and 102 to 33 university students, preparing & executing daily lesson plans.
