As Assistant Instructor for Liberty Charter's Marching Band, it is my responsibility to work the drum section through sheet music, dynamics, and basic marching steps

The Outlaw Mariachi is a Rock Mariachi group based out of Southern California. Our semi-national touring schedule takes us to Food Festivals, State Fairs, and Las Vegas. Spanning a variety of states out to Alaska, The Outlaw Mariachi continues to impress and expand their high energy shows across the United States

I taught 4 students at JT's Music, each one with their own learning style. Weekly exercises are written after their lesson based on how much they progressed. At the start of each lesson, students must perform the lesson material from the previous week. Lesson plans include basic grooves, fun and creative phrasing ideas such as "call & response", dexterity exercises, and more.

As drummer for the Fresno State Jazz Orchestra, led by Dr. Alan Durst, it was my duty to be able to lead the band and keep the tempo steady yet driving. Having the ability to read music, understand where to set up hits, and executing dynamics is a must for university-level playing.
