- Answer any and all questions pertaining to rates, availability, customs.

- Set a full weekly schedule and set quotas for hours worked, materials, location.

-Book keep all expenses for the month/week and maintain records for customers.

• Set a positive tone for the guests at the first point of interaction and maintain a comfortable and enticing atmosphere.
• Tour the menu, answer all questions and sell our daily specials as well as our seasonal items.
• Have extensive knowledge about our beers and food items and what pairs well together.
• Thoroughly check identification of guests before serving alcohol beverages and have extensive knowledge on alcohol safety.
• Being able to handle multiple tables at once as well as constantly turning tables to increase walk-in business. Strategically time check-ins with each guests to sure all their needs are met.
• Establish gold standard for each table and make the overall experience positive to help ensure a returning visit.

• Help run the flow of the restaurant by seating and greeting in a timely manner.
• Answer any and all questions and upsell items we are currently marketing.
• Utilize team members and communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure meals come out correct and accurate.
• Prebuss at every opportunity and fully buss to maintain a presentable and sanitary environment.
• Use slow periods to restock and help other team members to ensure all guest and restaurant needs are met.
• Make sure closing duties are completed and thorough to help team members and the restaurant have a smooth transition for the next shift.
