2018 - 2024 Kaiser Permanente Medical Office Building Air Handling Unit (AHU) Replacement Project, Fresno, CA The MOB AHU project was design-build which consisted of the removal and replacement of 13 AHUs, controls conversion from pneumatic to DDC and VAV Reheat coil retrofit. We performed preconstruction services which included site investigations, coordinating with Kaiser vendors to create reports of the HVAC and plumbing existing conditions, schedule creation, site logistic planning and preliminary budgeting. We created scoping documents for HVAC, plumbing, controls, electrical, pre and post air balance and finishes to create the final GMP. Once the GMP was created and submitted into Kaiser for approval we moved into the contractor role. The pre-balance, controls and supplemental work occurred during the evenings while the MOB was closed. Once the AHUs were completed we coordinated factory witness testing as well as completion of interior plumbing, hydronics and controls work off-site before final installation. 2020-2021 Kaiser Selma Kaiser Selma - Mammography & Ophthalmology T-I Project - Performed while building was active Kaiser Oakhurst, CA -Pharmacy lobby & Phlebotomy space reconfiguration & Refresh Mainzer Theater Renovation, Merced, CA Renovation of a historic theater in downtown Merced and includes new seating, kitchen equipment, roofing, mechanical systems, and finishes. Hotel Tioga Apartments Renovation, Merced, CA Buena Vue Casino, Ione, CA Design-Assist preconstruction services provided for the Buena Vue Casino project, to be constructed upon a 17 acre green-field site in Ione, CA. The project includes a new 63,000 square foot casino building housing 950 slot machines and 25 table games. Adjacent to the main casino floor is a full service bar and restaurant, a food court, outdoor dining patio, and casino support services. A mezzanine level will house offices and administrative services for the casino. In addition to the site development for the casino building is a new surface parking lot and wastewater treatment plant.

Kaiser Permanente Vacaville Medical Office Building Legacy Refresh, Vacaville, CA The Kaiser Vacaville Medical Office Building Legacy Refresh project is a sixteen-phased renovation of the reception and waiting areas as well as public corridors in the Medical Office Building on the Kaiser Vacaville Hospital campus. The scope of work includes new flooring, painting, and casework at each of the department reception areas as well as new flooring and painting at all public areas

The project scope consists of renovations to the existing SHC Redwood City Outpatient Centers Pavilion D, Pavilion C (3rd Floor), Pavilion B (MRI), Site Improvements and a new 565 space Parking Garage. The renovation includes: the complete remodel of the entire interior of Pavilion D (81,100 square feet), as well as exterior sunshades, rooftop equipment, new entrance patient drop off canopy, and all associated utility and site work; the complete remodel of the Pavilion C third floor (21,500 square feet) into Admin Area; A new MRI on the first floor of Pavilion B. The Parking Structure consists of a 53,400 sf parking garage with two levels below grade and two levels above for 565 spaces. Project includes the demolition of the existing parking lot, installation of sheet pile shoring system to varying depths, and excavation ranging from 12’ to 25’ below existing grade. Project value $105 million. Kaiser Permanente Central Utility Plant (CUP) Upgrade, Vallejo, CA CUP included the rerouting of existing non-compliant CUP MEP infrastructure built in 1970 to a new compliant CUP built in 2010. This campus wide renovation project has extensive scheduling and execution for isolation of existing systems to tie-in new systems without disruption to two active hospitals on the campus. Stanford Hospital Materials Management Expansion, Stanford, CA The project scope is a phased renovation of the existing materials management area on the ground floor of the hospital. Portions of the Materials Management Expansion occur in sequence with the work of the Waste Dock Expansion. The work involves general demolition of existing partitions, renovations to create open storage areas and a limited number of enclosed rooms and offices. Los Banos Courthouse, Los Banos, CA Consists of a criminal courthouse with two courtrooms, related superior court administrative office. The new facility included the clerk’s office and public counters. The courthouse also includes a new self-help center, jury assembly room, and attorney interview/witness waiting rooms. Scope of work also includes holding areas adjacent to courtrooms, in-custody secure central holding areas, and court support spaces. This one-story building sits on 4.5 acres and features a vehicle sallyport and secure parking. This project was built to LEED Silver certification standards. The team coordinated utility tie-ins on an active CalTrans Highway with great success.
