I am an extremely hard working individual driven to provide consistent results. I am ready to do what I am asked and more in challenging environments. I have attention to detail and excellent communication to ensure that the task I am given gets done correctly and on time.
Working as Process Support I have been handling material for ESaero which requires attention to detail and focus in a fast paced environment. I communicate constantly with my team as well as fellow coworkers on the production floor to make sure everyone has their proper material to get the job done. And with the ever changing environment at work I adapt to stay up to date with any changes to the day-to-day operations. I welcome a challenge as it's an opportunity to see my limits and so far, I have none. I walk that extra mile to make sure that what is required of me and others gets done.
Working at Volkswagen I diagnosed vehicles and performed repairs under tight deadlines every day. Performing many mechanical repairs such as head gasket, water pump, and suspension replacements to performing maintenance such as brake replacement and full fluid service as well as four-wheel alignments, I made sure all repairs were done professionally and to the customer's high standards. I handled chemicals and disposed of oils and coolant to their designated waste bins every day to the KPA standard. I went through and graduated from the Volkswagen Apprenticeship program and learned how to properly document repairs, diagnose issues with customer vehicles, and repair wiring damage. My main specialty at the dealership was interior tear down for harness and control module replacements as well as full interior replacement from water damage. I collaborated constantly with my fellow technicians to both ensure all our information for repairs was up-to-date as well as to help each other to verify repairs was done correctly and assisted one another when one of us got stuck on a repair.
My first job in High School, working at Mcdonald's in the kitchen was an extremely faced paced environment that required constant communication with fellow crew members to ensure food was stocked consistently during rush hour. I worked many long hours, both opening and closing, and ensured that the work area was kept clean and organized. I always found something to do to stay busy, whether that was a full mop and sweep of the restaurant or organizing the stock room, though down time was very minimal as I worked at the busiest McDonald's in Santa Maria. Handling food required special training to guarantee that there was no cross contamination, and I was always ready to fill in for coworkers who had to call out for the day or requested to swap shifts.
