Assist families staying at the Ronald McDonald House by managing front desk operations and providing support in a welcoming environment. Greet guests, answer phone calls, coordinate check-ins, and help address questions or needs from families with hospitalized children. Support staff with administrative tasks and help maintain a comfortable and organized space for residents.

Assist in neurological research at the Cleveland Clinic under Dr. James Liao studying gait abnormalities associated with Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH). Collect and organize patient gait data during neurological assessments and help analyze relationships between gait patterns and clinical symptoms. Collaborate with physicians and research staff to support data collection, documentation, and interpretation related to neurological mobility disorders.

• I assisted with sorting, packing, and distributing food to individuals and families in need.
• As several of my clients were of Hispanic decent, I used my Spanish-speaking skills and provided translation and support to ensure their process would be easier.

• Every Sunday afternoon, I would teach a group of kids ages 4-9 about character development and spiritual practices through stories, games, and interactive activities.
