I am a driven, reliable and hardworking employee who is open and excited to try new things. I have worked as as After-School Preschool teacher for a variety of age groups, and have also worked as an Assistant, Interim Lead, and Lead Summer Camp teacher in a Pre-Toddler classroom. These experiences have taught me patience in the work place, skills to ensure safety and comfort of the students in my classroom, passion for supporting children as they grow, learn and gain independence, effective team work with co-teachers, and productive communication with parents. I also have worked as the Director of Next Generation Ministries for the past 2 years. This position has taught me effective communication skills with folks of all ages, event planning and facilitating abilities, the ability to cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with those in the church and in the surrounding community, and overall development of strong multitasking and adaptability skills by managing a wide range of responsibilities simultaneously.
