Addison Crawley

I’ve worked at two different Chick-fil-A’s, the most recent I started in January of 2025. It’s pretty similar to my experience at Rita’s, except I haven’t been promoted to a higher level quite yet. It’s definitely more stressful than Rita’s so it’s taught me how to adapt quickly and efficiently.

I’ve been babysitting for about seven years, starting when I was about thirteen years old. I’ve babysat kids of all ages, babies-middle school but most of my experience falls in the toddler-elementary age. I love kids and it’s where my passion lies, my goal is to become a pediatric nurse. Babysitting for this long has given me a lot of patience, the ability to adapt in all kinds of situations, how to discipline, and how to teach all kinds of people.

Work as a treat team member and eventually got promoted to assistant manager. Had lots of responsibilities including cleaning, training new hires, taking care of catering, opening and closing the store, and other daily tasks. That job taught me time management, how to facilitate a peaceful work environment, and having patience with coworkers and guests.
