Father recently retired from the military, creating a transition from Army living to civilian living. Actively engaging in rigorous classwork and participating in various extracurricular activities. Project

From practicing jiu-jitsu, I have gained an ever growing understanding of the basic techniques and the discipline involved. The training sessions offer a mix of physical and mental challenges, with gradual improvements in skill and fitness. The experience has been a valuable introduction to the fundamentals of the sport. Overcoming injuries, practice, and persistence is the greatest key.
