Addison Kerr

I am an Accounting student at the University of Georgia with experience in leadership, mentorship, and service roles in structured, team-based environments.
I have held progressive leadership roles in youth programs, including Camp Counselor, Head Camp Counselor, and Head of Swim Bay at Camp Longhorn, where I trained and supported staff, helped coordinate daily activities, and contributed to maintaining a safe and organized environment for all.
I also have experience mentoring children in both recreational and adaptive settings, including one-on-one support for children with developmental disabilities focused on confidence-building, independence, and engagement. I have additionally participated in community service initiatives through Extra Special People, Shop with a Bulldog, and an international service trip with CRU and Filter of Hope focused on providing clean water access.
Across these experiences, I have developed strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills in fast-paced, collaborative settings. I am currently seeking opportunities in accounting and finance where I can apply my attention to detail, work ethic, and problem-solving skills in a professional environment.
