I no longer dance after sustaining an injury years ago and having an ankle surgery, but I had nine years of experience on stage, and I understand the workings of the backstage environment of live theatre. I danced in Cinderella, The Sleeping Beauty, Romeo and Juliet, Coppélia, Carnival of The Animals, Swan Lake, and nine annual productions of the Nutcracker. I understand the importance of timing, teamwork, costume cohesion, and developed a lot of discipline.

When I was unable to continue dancing after my injury, I was able to stay involved with my dance community by volunteering at shows. I was tasked with

• Applying stage makeup to dancers
• Quickly repairing costumes
• Helping break in new pointe shoes
• Helping to organize meals and keep the dancers to their schedules

• Took part in the long term planning and for the class of 2023's International Baccalaureate Graduation
• Setup for the class of 2023's International Baccalaureate Graduation

• Kept classrooms clean, neat, and properly sanitized for student health and classroom efficiency.
• Handed out classroom materials, like pencils, paper, and crayons.
• Oversaw students in classroom and common areas to monitor, enforce rules, and support lead teacher.
• Supported student learning objectives through personalized and small group assistance.

• Developed strong relationships with members of the club through active listening skills, understanding their needs, and offering solutions when needed.
• Assisted in keeping a clean, organized facility that met safety standards while creating an inviting environment for members.
