I've played volleyball since the 5th grade and with these 8 years I used my work ethic to achieve leadership, camaraderie, and discipline for my team. I consistently gave the sport my all to improve performance and understanding of the game, and was persistent at lifting up other with me. Most importantly I learned that focusing on others first was crucial to success and has stuck with me in everything I do. Volleyball was not a job, but it taught me great qualities that I attend on carrying into the workforce.
