Addison Weinischke

I currently am at homegoods where I work both in the backroom to help with getting our new merchandise out on the salesfloor, Aswell as the registers where I help a large volume of customers every day with a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.

At Floor and Decor I worked as the front end supervisor where I would greet customers, And insure a positive enviroment for customers and employees.

I oversaw cash handling procedures, counting daily cash drawers, and mantain accurate records of transactions. Aswell as training staff on customer service practices and improving productivity.

I worked full time at The UPS Store where I had the responsibility of opening the store for the day and helping our customers pack and ship items, as well as printing and faxing responsibilities.

I worked at both the Homegoods in Grand Junction, and Fort collins. At homegoods I have worked in the backroom where we unload trucks and unpack merchandise to put on the sales floor, Aswell as cashiering to ensure a fast and friendly experience for our customers. At the Fort Collins Homegoods I was able to get experience both as the backroom coordinator, and front end coordinator.

At Kohls I was a seasonal hire where I frequently helped as a cashier, signed people up for in store credit cards, and helped with recovering and cleaning the store.

At the UPS store I would assist with packing and shipping an assortment of items, as well as printing, copying, and faxing. I increased customer satisfaction by resolving issues and provided excellent service at all times.
