As a room attendant I clean hotel rooms and take care of the guests during their stay.

I did start out here as a housekeeper, I quickly got promoted to Supervisor. I would get housekeeping started in the mornings and assign rooms, and then inspect!

I started here as a housekeeper, during Covid my manager was sick, the GM left, and The Waters was switching to be a Hilton hotel instead of being a Choice hotel! We got a new general manager, whom I worked for previously, and he promoted me to Executive Housekeeper. As the executive housekeeper i assigned rooms, inspected rooms, interviewed and hired for my department as well!

• Cleaned and sanitized guest rooms following established procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Replenished room supplies, including toiletries and linens, to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Reported maintenance issues and damages promptly to ensure swift resolution for guests.
• Assisted housekeeping team in maintaining inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
