Addison Kate Maupin

-6th Grade Girls Host Lead: Led in being an intentional and consistent presence in the lives of the current 6th grade female students and their leaders and those who had yet to become a part of Shepherd Youth

-Programming Coordinator: Coordinated necessary elements of programming for all events. This includes but is not limited to inputting and finalizing Planning Center, scheduling and confirming band, helping to plan and execute worship team events, and ensuring all media elements are secured.

-Content Assistant: Assisted with content (social media posts, YouTube videos, etc) by being proactive in ideas and projects as well as meeting requested deadlines for assigned ideas and projects.

-Game, Activity, and Event Assistant: Assisted with creating and implementing engaging and appropriate games, activities, and events.

-Service Roles: Prepared for any service role that is designated or assigned (hand-outs, preaching, worship, running games, liturgy, ‘last on campus,’ set up team, etc.).

-Assisted at Shepherd Kids

• Collaborated with communications and pastoral staff members to help plan and execute meaningful worship services.
• Lead worship throughout the week.

• Managed multiple tasks simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines under high-pressure situations during the internship period.
• Maintained a strong work ethic and positive attitude throughout the summer internship program.
• Assisted in the set up and tear down of the summer program's set in 3 different states.
• Lead worship twice a day for the summer.
• Assisted in the transportation of the program's speakers.
