Project Description/Scope: This is an SAP S/4HANA/Central Finance Private Cloud (Rel. 2022) implementation. The scope of the project is to implement Central Finance for U.S., Canada, Great Britain, Germany, Netherlands, and Mexico Legal Entities. 1 SAP ECC 6.0 Source System. The project consists of 2 Phases;

Phase 1: Central Reporting

Phase 2: Central Payment.

Role: S/4HANA/ CFIN Solution Architect

Industry: Pharmaceutical New Brunswick, NJ Duration: 16 months

Project Description/Scope: This is an SAP S/4HANA/Central Finance (Rel. 1909) implementation. The scope of the project is to implement Central Finance for all the Global Legal Entities. There are ~20 SAP ECC 6.0 and non-SAP systems.

Project Description/Scope: This is an SAP S/4 HANA/Central Finance (Rel. 1709) implementation. The scope of the project is to implement Central Finance for some Legal Entities (~500) and Full-blown S/4HANA Finance for other Legal Entities (~100). There are 2 SAP ECC 6.0 and 4 Non-SAP systems.

Project Description/Scope: This was a Global SAP project. Support the Global Blueprint Phase. There are 3 phases defined for this project with phase 1 (i.e. Foundational Rel.) go live planned for February 2017.

Project Description/Scope: This was an SAP RDS Simple Finance (sFIN) 2.0 project. As part of the customer’s SAP global template, the implementation would leverage sFIN Best Practice solution for the 2 Company Codes that are in scope.

Industry: Automotive / Lift Truck Company – New Bremen, OH Duration: 11 months

Project Description/Scope: This is an SAP A2O project. As part of the customer’s SAP global template, the implementation will leverage the World Template RDS/A2O methodology. The customer requirement was to have U.S. to be the pilot country. The customer will implement machinery/automotive manufacturing industry Best Practices.

Project Description/Scope: As part of the customer’s SAP re-implementation and standing up new global template, the implementation will leverage the World Template RDS/A2O methodology.

Industry: Retail Company – Manhattan, NY Duration: 6 months

Project Description/Scope: As part of the customer’s international expansion supply chain operations to Europe. A new Company Code was created in Luxemburg with multiple Plants Abroad created Netherlands, Poland and Great Britain. The business requirement was to have inventory goods movement from China to the warehouse in Netherlands as well as to EU customers. In addition, the customer also migrated from Classic Withholding Tax to the Extended Withholding Tax.

Implementation of Plants/Sites Abroad, Inventory Accounting, Moving Average Price (MAP), FI/MM Account determination, GR/IR, Invoice Verification, VAT, Intrastat and EC Sales List (ECSL).

Industry: Shipbuilding Company – Philadelphia, PA Duration: 6 months

Project Description/Scope: Customer went live in SAP and after Go live, customer was not able to close the book in a timely manner due to bad implementation. Customer had to call on SAP for a Solution Review. Expose process and design shortcomings by way of documenting findings and recommendations jointly produce a roadmap and next steps with the management.

Project Description/Scope: As part of the customer’s larger divestiture strategy, the customer has sold the Richmond Consumer Products manufacturing site to a new customer. The new customer is a privately held international contract-manufacturing firm that operates in four business segments, homecare and industrial, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and food.

Project Description/Scope: This was an upgrade (re-implementation) project from SAP Rel 4.7 to ECC 6.0. Ade involved with most of the FI/CO modules with integration with SD and MM from the project design phase to Go Live and transition to support team.

Industry: High Tech Company MFG – Boston, MA Duration: 12 months

Project Description/Scope: This is a Global implementation ECC 6.0 project for the company operations in North America, EMEA and APAC. The company has 4 manufacturing plants spread over the 3 regions, Europe, North America, and APAC. My role involved implementing FI/CO modules (G/L/Profit Center, A/R, A/P, Foreign Currency translation and revaluation (Functional Currency, Group Currency (aka Reporting Currency) as required by FASB52, Cost Center Accounting CO-PA and Product Costing), including Revenue Recognition. I was responsible for integration with Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM). The company has a very complex Commissionaire process for its operations in Europe and also Intercompany (Buy/Sell) scenarios including VAT and Intrastat.

Project Description/Scope: 4.5b, 4.7, ECC 6.0. Existing SAP customer. Created two Company Codes for sales and marketing company codes separate from the manufacturing Company Codes in order to facilitate inter-company transactions and inter-company eliminations between the manufacturing plants/company codes and the newly created sales and marketing company codes in for Phase 1.
