  • Researched and analyzed both domestic and international markets to determine color, fabric and silhouette direction for the season; delivered formal presentations to CEO and merchandising department
  • Collaborated with the GMM, two DMMs and a team of ten merchandisers on a daily basis on line plan development for each respective product category
  • Determined, with the marketing and floorset/visual merchandising departments, appropriate marketing and merchandising strategies to enhance the brand identity and the overall look of the stores, as well as directed seasonal floorsets at store level
