• Distribution of imprest to centers.
• Preparation of monthly payroll.
• Monthly returns to Head Office.
• Zonal head of the revenue mobilization team.

• Verification of cash on hand and at the bank with cash book balances.
• Examination of payment vouchers, and checking them into the cash book.
• Snap check of imprest and cash holding.
• Ensure prompt lodgment of all cash and revenue received.
• Vetting of monthly payroll vis-à-vis the schedule of variation.
• Ensuring compliance with the accounting principles, procedures, and management directives.
