- Daily designation of assignment to supervisors and attendants.
- Liaise with GM and Accountant for the preparation of weekly financial budget and taking proactive decision as its affect farm operation.
- Liaise with the GM and Accountant to evaluate the financial stand of the farm on monthly basis and take decision as its affect the farm.
- Evaluation of daily, weekly and monthly production reports and meeting with the supervisors in order to improve performance.
- Management and evaluation of health status of the flock with the Vet. doc.
- Preparation of annual production budget with the Accountant.
- Ensuring scheduled maintenance of equipment, vehicles and generators.
- Ensuring bio security compliance and training of supervisors and attendants on relevant topics to improve performance.
- Working out logistics for prompt delivery of birds to processing plants and supply of goods to customers.

At this unit, it was a revolution, managing a unit of 200,000 birds capacity was quite challenging but, attainment of 85% production, attainment of 2% mortality per month were amazing results to my credit.

- I was transferred and appointed production supervisor - Rearing section at OFN – Ota. I was charged with the responsibility to manage an average of 200,000 pullets from day old till 20 weeks. Paying attention to every detail of production management procedures, ensuring bio security compliance, training of personnel on relevant production techniques among others were the tools employed in meeting targets and surpassing budgets.

At Igboora Breeder Farm I was trained and given the needed knowledge in the management of parent stock layer and parent stock broiler, from brooding through rearing to production, even till the birds were culled. I later resumed full responsibility as Sectional Head of a whole section made up of about 10,000 PS layers and about 8,000 PS broilers, these I managed diligently till year 2003.
