Over 15+ years, I've led Professional Services, implementation, and partner delivery teams through scale-up phases, often starting from “we need something here” and turning it into a predictable, measurable function.


I'm most useful in fast-changing environments: designing orgs and playbooks, hiring and coaching the team, and then jumping into the weeds with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance to unblock work. My background spans FP&A and revenue/comp software and, more recently, AI-native platforms—working with state-of-the-art model builders and helping enterprises adopt AI in real workflows, not just on slides.

  • Own end-to-end onboarding and go-lives for new enterprise customers and use cases, from discovery and scoping through build, QA, launch, and iteration.
