• Cooking is one of my favorite hobbies as I love to try new cuisine and cultures. My main area of expertise is Asian and French Cuisine, with some fan favorites of my cooking is Ratatouille and Soondubu Jjigae (korean silken tofu stew).
• Reading is also another hoby of mine that I love. The works of Jane Austen, Charlotte Brontë, William Shakespeare, F. Scott Fitzgerald, and Kazuo Ishiguro are some of my favorite pieces of literature and I hope to read more thrilling novels in the future. I thoroughly enjoy all natural science books, articles, and documentaries, as being a research biologist is my dream job and what i am working and studying toward to achieving.
• Music is one of the main things I can not survive without, as I have grown up in a family full of musicians and singers. I have been playing piano for 11 years now and I do not plan to stop and I am also an avid percussionist (marimba), guitarist, and bassist. I was also in my highschool's highly selective mixed choir, where we went on to perform at The Shrine and the Walt Disney Concert Hall, and went on volunteer opportunities to cheer the community up like christmas caroling at Kaiser Permanente and the Woodland Hills Women's Club. I hope to also have music as a side career as I have already been in my local community's musical productions like Into The Woods as their main percussionist, my high school group's jazz combo pianist, and guitar accompaniment for singers.
