In this position, I am in charge of pulling and packing orders for customers who are in need of clothing for screen printing companies. The role is highly accuracy based - the company aims for a 95% accuracy when shipping out orders, therefore it requires paying attention to detail and assuring that the accuracy needs are met. Overall I have achieved 98.5-100% accuracy in my time here.

This position included tracking and sorting inventory that the store received, and restocking the items in the store based on what was needed. In this role I was the manager of the team which controlled receiving, and also participated in other management duties such as opening and closing the store, and helping associates sole difficult problems.
